Confined to an 800 SF footprint with spaces arranged in their most functional order and threaded by conveniently placed staircases. The façade reveals the programmatic content with large glass panels exposing a three level dining/living space and small windows concealed behind an aluminum louver system allowing just the right amount of light in the bedrooms and the home recording studio.
