Building Renovations

Park Square – Boston, MA

One of Boston’s premier commercial buildings, with over 500,000 SF of retail and offices located steps from Boston Public Gardens in the heart of the business district.  Upgrades included a face lift to the building entrances and retail canopy system on the exterior.  The project also required an overhaul of the interior retail arcade, and the addition of new common areas and pre-built spaces throughout the building.

Constitution Plaza – Hartford, CT

Ten acre complex of office buildings, and public elevated pedestrian plaza situated atop 5 levels of parking holding approximately 1,200 cars.  The renovation included new exterior approach to building entries with new landscape, hardscape, lighting and signage.  Redesign of Hartford’s busiest bus stop to allow for seating and shelter.  New lobbies and tenant common area improvements throughout five separate buildings comprising over 500,000 SF of commercial office space.  Further incremental renovations addressed the need for reintegration of a fairly isolated public space into the urban fabric of downtown Hartford, through the introduction of retail, restaurants and entertainment, as well as improved connections to street level pedestrian traffic.

Trinity Center – New York, NY

General renovation and upgrade of major Lower Manhattan Class A landmark building comprising 850,000 SF of office and retail spaces.  Renovation of historic lobbies and design of new reception areas, new elevator cabs featuring quarter-sliced Honduras mahogany panels, upgrade of all common areas including corridors, sanitary groups, stairs, services, signage, security and auxiliary spaces, etc.  Design for the subway entrance shared by the lower level lobby.  Pre-built for over 300,000 SF of commercial spaces.

Vintage Car Museum – Elizabeth, NJ

Gut renovation of industrial building to accommodate private collection of vintage cars.  Showroom for automobile collectables and memorabilia and executive offices.

Chad UN Mission – New York, NY

Townhouse renovation in Murray Hill Landmarks District designed to accommodate the Chad UN Mission in New York City with offices on the first floor, the ambassador’s residence above and reception floor with dining room for official functions.
