96th Street and Lexington Avenue, NYC

Challenging, small footprint location at corner of 96th and Lexington Avenue. Proposal for 24 luxury small studio and single bedroom apartments, as well as ground floor retail space, in a contemporary condominium style. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and heightened ceilings allowed for the optimal diffusion of light throughout the apartments.

Pier 35 1/2, Philadelphia

Proposal for the private development of a residential community on the Delaware River in the downtown Philadelphia area.  Part of the rejuvenation of the city waterfront.  Thirty high-end townhouses strung across a two acre pier site with access to water via private slips on all sides.  An elevated circular structure in the center accommodates indoor/outdoor multifunctional spaces for residents, as well as high-end restaurants.

Latham Village, Latham

The Latham Village project consisted of an architectural intervention to a 500 residential unit development, including facade renovation, new windows and entrance porches, giving character and strong definition to the site.

Edgewater Apartments, Framingham

Dr. John Sass Apartments, NYC

The project consisted of several new buildings housing 100 units with 3 and 4 bedrooms, 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, parking and a series of landscaped courtyards.  The multi-use residential complex with a budget of $17,000,000 was developed by the New York Urban Coalition Housing Group and sponsored by HFA New York State Urban Development Corporation project.

Bay Pt. Yacht Club Townhouses, Westhampton

10 four story townhouses in a 5.2 acre gated community facing Dune Road, with spectacular views of Moriches Bay.  All units were designed with ground floor garage, private terraces with hot-tubs, in classic Hamptons saltbox style.  Luxury amenities with pool and club house, along with 20 boat slips and boathouse.

1677 Lexington Avenue, NYC

New residential development fronting two streets, and comprising 37 retail units, underground parking, retail spaces, and community facilities.  Total of 38,000 SF with a budget of eight million dollars.

Art Building, 79th and Lex, NYC

Proposal for 17 story apartment building customized for art collectors with two, three and four level units sculpted to accommodate 20′ high interior spaces for displaying large art installations.  Building features a 12 story vertical atrium lobby to house major art installation commissioned for the space.

Melrose Student Housing, San Marco, TX
